The noise levels were unacceptable! Loud music from nearby establishments continued until the early hours. It really disrupted my sleep. The old windows provided little sound insulation. I also found the bed situation annoying since it was just two single beds pushed together.

The apartment included extensive amenities. Staff allowed early check-in and offered helpful local recommendations. I found the bed very comfortable. There was a spacious one bedroom.
The walls seemed thin. I could clearly hear conversations from others on the same floor. The bathroom floor was quite slippery. The shower drainage was poor.

Staff responded quickly. They were kind and helpful. A member quickly assisted with our suitcase upon arrival. It was very convenient.

The rooms included two waters, milk for tea, crisps, and biscuits. Fresh milk was available in the fridge. There were also nuts and crisps.

The location offers easy access to bars and shops. It is a short walk to the train station. It is perfect for central activities. Monkbar Car Park is about a 10 minute walk.

The apartment was beautifully decorated! It was also spacious and airy. Beds were amazingly comfy and all towels were provided. The apartment's location was PERFECT!
I did notice a few spots of paint needing touching up in the communal stairwell.

The common area allowed us to prepare breakfast. It was stocked with many items. These included tea, milk, fruit juice, and chocolate, very convenient and cute. There was a TV that was very large too.

I was initially excited about the stay (the photos looked promising), but some issues arose. the noise was a significant problem. I could clearly hear conversations and music from nearby bars late into the night. the provided earplugs barely helped. additionally, the heating didn't seem to work properly. i was there in november and found it difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature.
